When you enquire
The form explains its delivery method before you submit. In email-draft mode, the website prepares a draft containing your contact details, collection preference and message. Your email app opens, and no enquiry is sent by the website. You choose whether to send the email using your email provider.
If secure online delivery is enabled, the form states that it sends to Team Arora. Contact details, collection preferences, enquiry text and your contact permission are sent through Team Arora’s lead gateway. Technical information can include the page path, campaign tags, browser user-agent and a salted hash of the client IP address for attribution and abuse prevention. Full IP addresses are not included in the lead payload, though hosting providers may process request data in their own logs.
Purpose and choices
Your enquiry information is used to respond to your request and discuss the project. This form does not sign you up for automated email or SMS campaigns. To request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or withdrawal of your permission to be contacted, email Team Arora with your request. Information needed for legal or recordkeeping obligations may have to be retained.
Third-party services and links
The site uses locally hosted images and has no advertising or analytics scripts configured in this build. Your hosting provider processes ordinary web requests. External map, school-board, transit and builder links open third-party services with their own privacy practices. Opening an email draft also involves your email application and provider.
