Model names, bedroom counts, areas and individual prices remain unconfirmed on this site. The collection label alone does not establish a particular home’s dimensions.

Request the 41 Series drawings alongside your other options. Compare the exact models rather than assuming the series number guarantees an additional bedroom, a particular footprint or an included upgrade.
Review each drawing’s dimensions, elevation notes and optional configurations. Confirm that the package matches the specific home and lot being offered.

Measure your furniture against the dimensions on the drawing. Consider circulation space, door swings and storage access alongside the stated area.
Check whether an alternate layout or room is standard, optional or unavailable on your lot. A rendering cannot answer that question.
Ask what is counted in the stated floor area. Compare above-grade and basement space consistently, using the exact plan notes.
Confirm garage arrangements, exterior choices and any siting constraints for the offered lot. Keep the lot plan separate from the marketing aerial.
